  BUYER BEWARE!!! Extremely unprofessional rude my way or the highway attitude they don't deserve to be in business as they kept accusing me of tampering my cruiser yet on 28th april my bike went to the shop as the clutch went took a whole month they kept lying as the stroy changed everytime we called and accused me of tampering my own bike if that was the case i wouldn't be taking the bike to you in the first place. i picked up my bike on the 31st of may we entered the shop and they were very rude i paid 813 dollars and they said bike will be brought out to you clean after 10 minutes had to actually say something which they didn't know which bike was mine and tried to give me a small 125cc when I had a xv650.. so I finally get it after they had to show which one was my bike finally get the bike it had oil looking like they left it out in the rain wasn't a happy chap got on my bike and left up to 200 meters from the shop for the mirrors to be facing other direction went back asked why my mirrors were that Loose considering they only touched the clutch to be treated with a attitude problem they "fixed" it gave me the bike and turned there backs on me even though i just paid them nearly a grand however i rang the dealer he reimbursed me for my troubles and extended the warranty which was fair until the then to top off about 12 days later the clutch went again took it to another mechanic who looked it at and advised me to take to another Yamaha dealer as it's a warranty issue and they even called up Yamaha city and they clearly stated they won't honour the warranty and washed there hands with me I had to get a tow take it to city west to look at it to confirm my suspicions which in the meantime i called up Dave from Yamaha city twice and kept twisting my party's words and kept blaming me which i replied if that was the case why am i on the phone to you when i could fix it myself.. i had to pretty much call Yamaha head office and file a complaint honestly these guys are a terrible dealership shady dirty practice frankly these guys shouldn't be allowed to conduct business as they think they're better then every mechanic and know everything as they treated someone who spent 12,000 with such disrespect I will never buy another Yamaha again strictly will not recommended these guys
  
  FYI legally speaking My father did not own this bike and i want to strictly point out if I had a good experience i wouldve been more then happy to give you one unfortunately all you have done is called me a lair blamed me looked for excuses to get out of the warranty which you have only confirmed by what you have said as I said on the phone to you David buzza I had a Independent Review of the bike after you guys fixed the replacement which doesn't void warrantys which they declared it was just a little out but was fine they did this in my presence and didn't even charge me for it all they did was look at it and stated before they couldn't fix it regardless due to the warranty .. after when the clutch went again i took it to the nearest mechanic and they straight up said it's a warranty issue we can't touch it they even called up your mechanic who refused to speak to me and simply washed there hands with me I had to personally to take it to city west and directly call Yamaha Australia bringing up the issue myself I wouldn't lie I am only stating facts unfortunately I don't take pleasure in this it's effect my health and personal life lost months of work caused strain to my family and frankly even The ACCC said the matter sounded very strange
