    “Darren is the best instructor I have ever worked with. He is positive and encouraging. He understands the wonderful effect pilates has on your body and help's you find your "powerhouse" by using core strength with various techniques and a reformer. Darren has helped me improve my flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in my entire body. Darren puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Darren has also help me understand My core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips. Darren presents every technique in a manner that is concise and easy to understand. I honestly can’t say more positive things about my experience with him."
