  I love going to Recovery Lounge! I feel so invigorated after my infrared sauna sessions. The Myotherapist Brett is great too. I’ve seen him for a couple of different body pains and he always is able to sort the issue out. The environment is very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommend!!

  My first time in compression boots and the ice bath. The service and information from the young lady that was working was amazing. I highly recommend this professional business to anyone wanting assistance in their recovery methods.

  I absolutely love it here! I always walk out feeling incredible. The infrared sauna & ice bath are my personal favourites, they not only ease muscle soreness & speed up recovery but my mood is completely lifted by the end of my sessions. I highly recommend!!

  I have a membership at this place, its the best money I spend each week on my recovery after my training sessions. The hot traditional sauna coupled with the ice bath is the BEST!! Very clean facilities and a friendly welcoming face when you walk in the door each time.....:). Highly recommend to add this to your weekly health and fitness regime.
