  Was sold a car and travelling home after picking it up - 5 hours away - the warning light came on for a suspension fault. I told Nathan immediately at the time and he said when you’re back in Melbourne we’ll have a look. Well it’s not very often I get to Melbourne but when I did go to see him he now says he won’t have it fixed. That he can’t afford it. A new suspension pump has been quoted at $3000. There’s no way Nathan would have not known there was a fault when he sold it to me.
  Also sold it to me without towbar even tho i paid for it. Before I picked it up he took it off and put it on another vehicle. Said he’d replace it but still hasn’t despite me telling him I’ll be in Melbourne and please organise. Feel so ripped off.
  He also rushed me to make a decision. I felt pressured to buy this vehicle.

  Steve and Nathan were extremely helpful and professional, making the buying process a great experience! They were accommodating, answered all questions honestly, and definitely put myself first to ensure I was happy with what I was purchasing! Would definitely recommend the guys at Prestige Warehouse!

  Would honestly 1000% recommend buying a car from here. They took care of me and made sure what I was buying I was 100% happy with. Even made sure it had a full tank to get me home. Very friendly staff. Could not be any happier with my new car. 5 star service!

  Steve and Nathan are legends. Made the process nice and easy, smooth flowing and quick for my purchase of a new Tesla.

  I purchased a 2011 mini cooper from Prestige Warehouse online. I live four thousand kms away. Daniel Ross was a fantastic salesman and deserves every accolade. He was patient with me while the bank held up progress. He made the purchase easy and sorted all the necessary paper work and organised all the transport. He kept me informed the whole way. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to refer him to a friend shopping online like I did. The car arrived in same condition it left in. A great sales experience, even though I never met any of the team at Prestige.Cheers from the Kimberley.

  Great range of better vehicles. Not necessarily 'cheap' prices but very fair. Peter's style was quite relaxed, didn't pressure us. Overall a positive experience. Yes...we did buy a car from there approx 9yo BMer that looks very nice!

  Unfortunately they provide the worst service. As soon as we purchased our Mercedes ML 280 CD things went wrong. Firstly they provided only 1 key and basically said bad luck on collection of the vehicle. The car broke down the first week we had it. I have had to take it back 3 times and they still have not fixed all the problems. Each time they say the issue is fixed but it is still there. No response to emails showing the issue. Avoid this car dealer at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
