  Dimitris is a true professional and a master with colour. I have been getting foils for many years now and his advice, knowledge and passion for his profession is outstanding. I trust him with my hair more than anyone! Both he and Lisa always make me feel so welcome and I always come away from their salon feeling fantastic.

  WOW! My first visit to Silkywaves and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service here. Such a warm, homely feel as soon as you step foot in their salon, and the instant results I received from just 1 visit, I was amazed! Dimitrios gives you 100% undivided attention it really shows that he truely cares for people’s hair. I was educated on products and what to do at home to get my hair back to a healthy state, and he even made me want to take a bit more time & care with my hair which I never have done before. If you’re looking for an honest great hairdresser I really recommend giving Silkywaves a visit. It’s really nice to find an established business which is all about quality and care and knowledge especially after covid times. Thankyou so much Dimitrios and Lisa for such a wonderful first time hair experience with you, it’s no wonder you are a 5 star salon! I look forward to seeing you both again soon.

  This weekend Silky Waves made me look 10 years younger. They use the best products. Dimitris is a genius at cutting curly hair. I continue to return as every cut and colour still look amazing 10 weeks later. Also the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing.

  I am thrilled to have found Dimitri to cut my fine curls! He cut it dry as asked and didn't make me endure a wash and style. I was in and out in 30 minutes - this is exactly how I like my hairdressing experience! Dimitri is very knowledgeable and obviously is continuing to learn and gain experience. I was given some great advice on caring for my hair, I will most definitely be back again.
