- David McQuillan Added January 17, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer for several years and today I went into warren ponds geelong store. I requested to have new lens put into my glasses as I find the change from dark to normal too slow .
I was told they would not be able to put new lens in but for $99 could srape the tint off. I didn't want new frames. Why can
some stores use frames bought overseas and do specsavers script.? I am not happy with the service and will have to find another place to purchase glasses.
- Rick Gannon Added December 23, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to be in the optical business, and I know for a fact that it doesn't take 2 weeks to grind, and fit a couple of lenses, when I was told at the Colac Branch that it would take a week on the day I left my glasses there, over a week ago. Since then, I feel I have been getting the run a round. Would you please look into what the problem is?
