  Montana Burnett is our apartment building’s community manager. After experiencing numerous previous managers, we now refuse anyone else. Montana is dedicated, thorough, knowledgeable and all round fabulous. Honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she does for us and the way she supportively consults myself when required! Montana is always seeking the most beneficial and fair outcome for our building and I genuinely feel she is the “best in the business”! Thank you as always Montana!

  I work in the real estate industry and my dealings with body corporate managers has has never been great. They always take too long to respond or provide reasons as to why they cannot assist with certain matters.
  After purchasing my own apartment where VBCS are the body corporate managers, I felt nervous I would experience the same thing until Barbara Lo was appointed as our manager.
  I have to say that she is probably the best OC manager I’ve ever dealt with!!
  She is super efficient, answers each phone call and email swiftly and has showed empathy, care and concern for all our matters. Everything we discuss gets actioned in a timely manner and and she has always provided as much information as possible for the committees to make an informed decision.
  Barbara, thank you for all your work! I would not hesitate to recommend Barbara Lo at VBCS.

  A professionally run owners corporation company. The previous strata management company were impossible to reach and used offshore call centres which made everything difficult from requesting keys and remotes to reporting common area maintenance. Victorian Body Corporate Services are great to deal with. We emailed asking for a spare remote control for the basement car park and it was ready the same day for collection. Wade from VBCS delivered outstanding service. We highly recommend any owner to reach out and seek their services if you want your building run properly and professionally.

  Gary Kane is our property manager and I as a committee member could not be happier with the high level of service I have received from Gary over the past few years. He is great to deal with, always responds to any questions or correspondence the committee raises in a timely manner and is very clear in his communication. We are grateful for his professionalism.

  I have recently had to work closely with Barbara Lo in regards to an insurance claim as she is the body corp manager and I am the property manager. I have honestly never had such a great experience with a body corp manager, nothing was ever too much for Barbara and she responded to every query thoroughly and quickly.
  Thank you so much for your service Barbara, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
