  The worst. Does not even bother to check if my parcel is on hold in the back despite me stating that I had received notification that it had arrived and was ready for collection.
  
  Did not know the procedure to follow up in what seemed like a discrepancy on their end and would have preferred, for the staff’s convenience that I came back to the post office on a day the manager was around.

  Rip off. Paid for an Express post pack then refused to accept it because it wasn't documents. Then refused a refund an tried selling me something else. Stay away!!!!

  A local Post Office giving old fashioned service.

  Terrible Customer Service He send off my parcels without asking me what service I wanted and when I said he should have asked me he replied rudely. Will not use again
