  This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. Doctor Habibi had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. He is very professional and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. The nurses who took my information were wonderful and friendly. I appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions. Overall, they made me feel that I was in safe hands and coming in this medical centre is like dealing with trusted family. A big thank you to all of them. :)

  A money hungry practice with more interest in causing problems rather than fixing them. On arrival i was told my appointment would be $80 as i do not have medicare. I was with the doctor for 10 mins max.
  Surprisingly, i was charged $160 for a 'long' consultation. They said my appointment was 34 minutes, which is an outright lie and scam. When i questioned it, I was given a discount of only -$40.
  Over a month later, ive now been sent another invoice of $180. For testing that i didn't agree to or get any results from.
  When i talked to staff about this, they were more interested in arguing rather than resolving the situation.
  I must've called at least 5 times before i was put onto the supervisor, who was a lovely lady and was clearly only doing her job. However, i feel the ONLY reason i was refunded was because i talked to them about their horrible reviews. And they didn't want to risk getting another.
  I wouldn't go back to this place even if it was the last place in Australia.

  My life has changed! Dr. Soroush Habibi has changed my life! For years I have suffered with debilitating anxiety, I couldn’t do everyday tasks without panic attacks. I would feel constant nausea. Migraines that knock me out for days. I also have PCO’s and shocking menstrual cramps that don’t allow me to walk. I have had every test under the sun and every other doctor has just told me there is nothing I could do as I was a picture of health. I had seen Psychologists and Naturopaths among many other specialists to no avail. I thought I was just going to live my life with this heavy weight on my shoulders and a constant nauseating feeling. A dear friend told me about the benefits (and their great experience) with Medicinal Cannabis, so I looked into it myself. Dr. Soroush and the wonderful team at Pro Wellness Health were incredible! They were so understanding and explained every single step in the process. I could not be happier! Now I can do usual daily tasks, I no longer wake up with the dread of being nauseous all day! My migraines are not controlling my life! I can walk (and even run) when its that time of the month! Myself, my family and friends have noticed the fabulous and glowing difference in me! Words cannot express how grateful I am! Thank you so much! Again, my life has changed for the best! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  The worst experience I’ve ever had. The doctor I spoke with was so careless and showed no interest to my concerns. Not letting me speak and calling everything COVID without my explanation. I don’t understand how people like him get jobs. It’s kinda scary to know he’s advising people. Don’t go!
