  Absolutely LOVELY!
  
  All the staff here were professional and friendly.
  
  Katie at the front desk was delightful and Erin the beautician was amazing.
  She was so skilled that I didn't feel any pain at all. My skin feels soft, smooth and beautiful.
  
  The salon itself was very clean. I thought it was brand new, but the staff told me they have been there for years.
  I am so happy I found this place.
  
  I was worried after some of their other branches closed, but this one has survived! Quite convenient too, less than 10min walk from the tram stop.

  I just wanted to leave feedback about Charlie.
  I find her absolutely delightful. She is very bubbly and chatty and I that is the type I service I want, because sometimes I feel quite vulnerable during an appointment, and her attitude and demeanour relaxes me. She is also very good at remembering her clients and the conversations she has with you at each of your appointments.

  Been coming here for years to get eye br browse spray tan and Brazilian waxing staff is highly qualified and kata for the looks you wanting to achieve the prices are good and after care products are there if needed they're located upstairs turn on Bay Street Port Melbourne Always on Time and never keep you waiting.
  Happy to recommend and you can always request the same person every time .

  I don’t bother choosing a specific person for waxing as everyone I’ve had has been excellent. They’re attentive and polite and I think this is a testament to the manager, the whole team is just great.
