  Have been looked after this team for years. I have extremely sensitive teeth and problematic gums. Regular cleaning is painless. More serious work is done with financials in mind.
  Highly recommend Renata, however all other specialists are also great. The front desk girls are absolutely amazing too!

  I‘ve been coming to Melbourne MD for years and have always had a pleasant experience for checkups and cleans. I‘ve recently seen Dr Bilal for a crown and my experience was great! He was really conservative in his approach and made sure to preserve as much of my tooth as possible. He was caring and informative the whole way through the two appointment process.

  Been to a few dentists in my time but this by far is the best in the biz. Immaculate clinic. Staff are very professional. Most thorough clinicians, Toni does a wonderful job. Always happy to see her.

  This has been my dentist for years & I am happy unhappy with the service lately. Constantly cancelling my dental cleans last minute, asking me to change my appointment because of “family emergencies” and then we change the appointment to a time that better suits them and they cancel on me ON THE DAY due to another excuse. You will very rarely see the same dentist, it’s just whoever is available that day.

  From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a warm smile from Jodie at reception. I had barely sat down when dental nurse Alex came and collected me to take me into see Dr. Bilal. My experience only got better from there. Dr Bilal And Alex make a great team, consistently checking in with me and making it a more informal feel. I can’t thank Melbourne MD enough for the amazing experience, I used to hate going to the dentist and now I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

  I had such a great experience at Melbourne MD. I'm not one to write reviews but as someone who dreads the dentist I feel obliged to share my experience.
  
  The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist who was very thorough, gentle and explained the procedure and treatment in a language I understood. Unfortunately I needed a filling but the dentist was amazing, she endured I was comfortable the whole time.
  
  I also had a splint made due to grinding (I'm an anxious person!) it fits perfectly and was ready quickly.
  
  Overall a great experience and one that did not leave me massively out of pocket because I was with Bupa.
