    I've never met a business more caring about their cars and their customers as I have with MOTORbiz. I just received my BMW delivered to WA from MOTORbiz HQ and couldn't be happier. Without seeing the vehicle in person, it is in precise condition as described in the Ad and explained over the phone to me. Luke also went above and beyond to walk me through the car over a video call.

    Luke was amazing. This guy understands it's an important buying decision for his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure the process is professional, smooth and enjoyable as ever.

    I've bought a few things in my lifetime now, and I can hand-on-heart say, this is my best buying experience, start to finish, ever!

    I drove over two hours from Sale to buy a $40,000 BMW I had my heart set on. The sales assistant sat in his office, literally doing nothing, looking out of the glass and not bothering to come and assist me. Waste of my day. And you lost a $40,000 cash sale.

    AVOID this place, there are plenty of other dealers in Melbourne willing to treat you like a human.
