Part orders shipped at no extra cost and the packaging and speed of deliveries is excellent. The on site repair facility can handle many of the easier repairs and for one lens that did need repairing in Japan, the turnaround time was very reasonable. This company has been importing equipment and servicing the same for many years here in Australia. With less camera stores available to touch and feel the items and most sales being online, the website and regular special discounts have been a saviour for obtaining my photographic requirements. Highly recommended.
